Question: Why should I subscribe to an outsourced monitoring system instead of creating one myself, or using an in-house method?
Answer: There are multiple reasons to outsource monitoring. By outsourcing, you eliminate single points of failure, maintenance over-head. Questions to ask yourself, "is the machine doing the monitoring itself, 100% fail safe?", or, "what if my own internet connection goes down?", "do I have the ability to dispatch SMS or schedule alert contacts?", "can I identify weak access points from various locations on the web?", etc.

Question: How many hosts or services can I monitor with a single account?
Answer: Because our system is al-a-carte, you can monitor any number of hosts with any number of services configured on them. We don' do "packages", or "monitor rates" such as "we'll monitor every 15 minutes, etc", giving you the flexibility to always address your needs. We monitor every minute or so from a different location each time.

Question: How much is it to receive an alert via SMS?
Answer: Free, SMS, Email and Phone alerts are all included in your services, free of charge.
