List of Active Alert Notification Methods

Our monitoring and notification systems are designed around the premise that nobody wants to be pulled out of bed in the middle of the night with 30 phone calls that sites are going up and down when there is no real problem. If however, you do need to know every hiccup, every service monitored can individually be placed into paranoid mode for any monitored host.

Some of the contact / notification features include;

  • Contact Scheduling - Easily configure contacts with on-call schedules!
  • Responsibility Delegation - Apply different contacts to different hosts with ease!
  • Enable/Disable Contact - With the click of a button, pause a contact so they don't receive any alerts while they are on vacation, enable the same contact with just another click of the button.

Additionally, we only dispatch one notification to all methods every 15 or so minutes once a failure has been identified and confirmed through our proprietary algorithms. If all the monitoring alerts clear up, you will be notified of that as well after the alerts clear a short period without problems.

Our system was designed by people who have used outsourced monitoring services for sites that received Gbps of traffic! We fixed all the other providers failures, and built our entire system from scratch. You will be amazed at the accuracey and reliability of Busi-Bee.com, hands down.
