Our system takes a sample of your currently used services on a regular schedule. At the end of the month, these samples are aggregated and your billing statement is created and sent to you. If authorized, we will automatically bill your card on file or you have 5 days to login and pay the outstanding invoice through our administration panel.
You can always see a journal view of your current and previous statements, individual statement details, and payments you have made on your account. Additionally, our system will give you a fair estimate, based on current and past usages, of what you can expect your next monthly statement.
Based on various criteria, each service is priced differently as follows, and is on a per unit basis; example, if you monitored 3 web servers for HTTP, that would be 3 units of HTTP service monitoring.
