Free Trial Program
The free trial program allows unlimited use of all features of the system for 30 days with no obligation to pay. If you are are not completely satisfied, click the "End Trial" link within the administration panel to terminate your account. This must be done before the end of the trial period or all accounts will be billed normally.

Service Fees
Monthly fees are automatically billed to the credit card on file on the first day of each month to cover service for the previous month. Our system polls your account usages on regular intervals and does an average at the end of the month. Services added or removed within any given month will be included within this averaging system.

Credit Card Expiration or Authorization Failure (Service Suspension)
If an account credit card is due to expire, an e-mail will be sent to the default e-mail contact for the account on the 13th day of the month of expiration. Unless the account is updated with valid credit card information, a second e-mail notification will be sent on the 23rd day of the month of expiration. If credit card authorization fails for any transaction, the default e-mail contact will be notified. If the account is not updated with valid credit card information within 5 days, monitoring services will be suspended. Following service suspension, when the account has been updated with valid credit card information, monitoring service will resume. You will not be charged for the period of non-monitoring but a service charge of $25.00 will be applied to your account and billed immediately.

Account Cancellation
This is a monthly subscription service with no contract required. The account can be cancelled at any time through the administration panel. If an account is cancelled, all related account data will be purged and is not recoverable for any reason. All accounts will be pro-rated and the card on file billed at the time of termination, unless the account is cancelled as per these terms, within the accounts trial period.

Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, you may cancel your account at any time and not be billed for the current month, no questions asked.

Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate service for any customer at any time, at our sole discretion and without cause.

THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
